energize me!Good morning.
We’ve been noting inverted yield curves on US Treasuries in this space often.  They’re the most consistently reliable indicator for an imminent recession.  That even includes an inversion in late 2019, months before the world heard of Covid-19.
Now, there are other data points warning that 2023 may not be a strong one for the economy.  US manufacturing data, specifically the purchasing manufacturer’s index (PMI), have now slid to a contractionary reading.  That’s a sign that demand is dropping, rather than an improvement in supply.
Traders should remain cautious… but also remember that markets are forward looking.  As soon as signs improve, even before the economy does, stocks may take off.  But that will likely still be months away, well after the holiday season.

“Winning starts with beginning.” –Robert H Schuller

Being in alignment … Have you ever felt like no matter what you did, you still didn’t get the results you wanted?

When I look at this statement, I look at it in a specific way … The word FELT is what pops out to me.  vincent-ghilione-DAF6_olInmU

When we feel like we did something (or everything in this situation), that doesn’t necessarily mean we have actually tried everything.  In our minds, we have exhausted our options, but there’s something holding us back from truly giving it everything we’ve got.  And what is holding us back is a misalignment with what we are doing.  Everything in our mind, body, and soul shifts when we go into alignment with what we are supposed to do.

We aren’t trying to make it work.  We know it will work.  We aren’t resisting, we’re flowing.  Most of the time, we KNOW if we are in alignment or not.  We can feel it.  We can hear it with how we speak.  And if we are not in alignment, it eats our energy up.  So my friend, as we go into the end of the year, are you in alignment with what you should be doing?

If not, the only way to get there is to make THE DECISION to move on.
That alone will close one door and open up a brand new one.

Remember to be aligned!

Like her or love her … maybe … hate her, possibly!  Sunny Lenarduzzi has some very interesting thoughts around earning money online.  “Want To Dominate on Social Media in 2020. Watch This!”

I don’t know about you, but I love a good cup of coffee to start the day.  Sometimes, I even splurge and have one in the afternoon!  And yes, it can actually be healthy if you do it right!

Here is a fun little article about putting chocolate in your coffee…  Speaking of chocolate…  Want to know my little “secret” for not snacking at night?  I actually drink this rich, velvety CHOCOLATE every night and it almost instantly takes away my cravings for sweets.  Plus it’s SUPER healthy, so there’s no guilt at all.
In fact, it contains some of the most powerful superfoods known to man that not only increase your “feel good” hormones, but can lower blood pressure, control your appetite, feed good gut bacteria, and lots more!  Enjoy  🙂

Show me your friends, and I’ll show you your future

As the saying goes, “Show me your friends, and I’ll show you your future.”

Right now, take a moment to think about the people you spend the most time with.  Who are they?  Do they push you outside your comfort zone, lift you up and lead you toward growth?  Or, do they pull you down, hold you back, deflate you and allow you to get away with making excuses?  Seriously, stop and think about it.

Because if you want to go to the next level in any domain of life — in business, wellness, happiness, faith, parenting or what have you — you have to surround yourself with people who are doing better than you in that specific area.

If you struggle with your faith and you surround yourself with people who have great faith, yours will improve.  If you want to level up your business game, start hanging around people who are making significantly more money than you, and over time, you will heat up.

If you want to get in better shape, spend more time with people who are more fit than you.  If you struggle with your relationships, make it a point to immerse yourself among people with great marriages; yours will improve.  I think you get the point!

Change That Up!
